Aronhiaies Herne
Aronhiaies is a public speaker and ceremonial teacher who was born, raised, and continues to live on the land of the Akwesasne Mohawk Nation. Within his community and throughout the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, he is regarded as a generous holder and sharer of traditional knowledge. Across the U.S. and Canada, he is recognized as an esteemed speaker on cultural preservation, language revitalization, and the principles of Haudenosaunee democracy as it relates to matrilineal lines of leadership.
